CWFF LEAGUE RESULTS

Newliss Trophy 2025

Despite the cold weather, 5 teams competed for the Newliss Trophy at Alana Sports Centre on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Stan Newliss brought his Argie Bargies over from the UK and faced off against Aphrodite Wanderers, Polis & Latchi Lions, BFC Strikers, and the newly-formed Wembley team from Ayia Napa. It was a competitive and exciting tournament, with all teams showing their skill and determination. We were thrilled to welcome Wembley to the competition and look forward to seeing them grow in the future as well as visiting them when the weather is a little warmer. Congratulations to all the teams for their hard-fought matches, with the trophy being won by Aphrodite Wanderers.
